Nationwide - How can my daughter change her address?!
I-Promise-To-Try

Hi folks
My daughter (aged 15) has had a Nationwide (cardcash I think?) account for several years now, not used very often just now and again.
She moved address a while ago, and despite writing to Nationwide on several occasions notifying them of the change of address, her statements etc are still being sent to her old address (much to the annoyance of the new owners of the house!)
Does anyone know how to convince Nationwide that she is no longer at the old address as they aren't taking a blind bit of notice of the letters we have sent!?

It's a huge walk/bus/train (all 3!) treck to get to nearest branch, hence why we wrote to them0 -
I used to work for a bank and we could not accept written instructions. I think this needs to be done in person.0
