Op, you got caught doing homers, they are within their rights to dismiss you. The other aspect of this is the resources and materials used for the homers, they may fear that you are using theirs, so don't want it going on.
The op will also have to look into his employment contract, their may very well be a restricive covenant in it, which would stop him setting up for a fair period of time.heretolearn wrote: »
