Hey Freebie Freak,
Sometimes these companies just need a little nudge. Send a letter quoting all the details of your claim (and if you have them, copies of the original letter and receipt etc) and ask them where your refund is (nicely) as it's been over the 28 days stated in theri T&C's. I generally find you get your refund for most offers after one of these.
Good luck.0 -

I've been trying to find out about this too. Has anyone sent theirs off yet? Should we presume there is no minimum wording?0 -

Ive sent mine off ....i wrote a few lines..probably 25 words or so to make syre they had enough detail...pretty easy to write though as in my opinion it didnt clean very well!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend0 -
It definitely does not state the minimum (or maximum!) number of words for the Ariel pods, just your "reasons for dissatisfaction", so I think we're safe to assume any explanation should be ok.0

I don't usually chase up by post (takes too long and wastes a stamp, lol!) so I'd just email Flora directly. Hopefully they should then contact the promotions company and get the ball rolling.0 -
[quote=[Deleted User];63251311]I asked them on their Facebook page and they confirmed the address is:

For those who have sent the Ariel 3 in 1 pods claim back, did you use the address above?
It's annoying that they didn't put that address on the packaging. How would we be supposed to know where to send it if we didn't come on MSE or use Facebook like anielatko? Grrr!0 -

Well now I'm panicking because I used the address on the bottom of the box, the P&G address as I couldn't find a website or anything with it on :eek::eek:
Ah well if I don't get anything back in a few weeks I'll email P&G to complain about it being unclear and misleading and hopefully get some vouchers... I'm not losing my £7!Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be

Oh, sorry to make you panic!
Well, I wasn't sure which address to send it to as it doesn't mention the address I quoted at all on the box. I sent it to the address I quoted, and that might be wrong.
You let me know if you get anything and I'll let you know if I do! Might be asking you for that P&G email address!
In other news I picked up the Golden Wonder promo packs in Tesco today, for £1.480 -

Your address must be the right one if you asked them but how stupid to do a MBG without giving an address on the box! I looked for a website and there wasn't one so I just sent it to the P&G one printed on the bottom of the cardboard bit.
I will complain big time though if I don't hear anything, all that information should be in the same place.
I will post on here if I get anything!
I saw the GW packs too but I didn't think it was a freepost address so I didn't bother as a stamp is 50p. I am too mean!:rotfl:Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
