I haven't bought it (yet!) but this links to the mbg page although there are 2 addresses at the bottom.

I would guess it's the postal address although maybe best to email them to check first.

Do people generally find they get their money back? I did a try me free Twix ice cream offer and heard nothing from them. I ended up emailing 6 months later and getting vouchers from them. Bit annoying really!

Thanks to the OP of the Harbour salmon. Managed to get some. Got 2 packs, 1 for us and 1 for brother. Sent him to get them. In his excitement, he picked up 1 that the had the TMF label and 1 that didn't! Errrrr. It looks like someone has peeled it off.

Yes we do get our money back, usually within 28 days, and on the few occasions when we don't, most of us surely contact them to 'remind' them. With the Twix one, if I remember correctly, they didn't promise 'money back', but a voucher for another pack, same as you received, although 6 months is not acceptable.

Yep, the Mars/Twix offer was for a voucher, although my experience was similar as in it took ages to get it and I had to chase it up. Got it eventually though, phew!

But yes, I agree with Freebie_Freak, we wouldn't be doing this if we didn't get our money back :cool: Granted, some promotions don't run as smoothly as others and need a gentle prod or two! But overall, yes we do get our money back :T

Not surprised really. Don't know if anyone has realised, but you don't actually have to buy the product!
