Hi,

does anyone know where i can get the form to claim this offer?
when i click through to it no form comes up and there is a line near the bottom saying form not found??

I was also unable to print form, but you din't need it. Just follow the instructions alongside the offer on their website which tells you to send info on a piece of paper.

Looks like a bug on their site. But as Pemberton01 says, you don't actually need the form - if you follow the Terms & Conditions link on their page, it has a bit about what to do if you don't have a printer. :T

Just to put my two pence worth in, I spoke to them yesterday and, yes, there is a glitch which they will have sorted in the next 48 hours.

I'm not having much luck with these, colgate and Method worked fine but I sent 2 Pomgreats off with different names and addresses in July and have had nothing and I've sent 2 Ariels with the same in August and had nothing for those either - of course there’s no reply to my email enquiring what is going on as they state 'no correspondence' will be entered into in the T&Cs but can't believe its the post when I did 2 each.... anyone else get refunds months after applying?

I sent off for my gran in August the Dr beckmann stain kits and the Ariel Stain remover and am still waiting for them to come back. Don't know if it is because they have my name on as well?

Some refunds do take a lot longer than 28 days, so it's not uncommon having to wait. I'm still waiting on a couple of things I posted off in early September.

As for the 'no correspondence' thing, I think it only applies to the handling company (I may be wrong!). I would email the actual manufacturer and complain to them - this has worked for me in the past. Good luck guys!
