Good evening everyone. I contacted Nat Bears this morning via Facebook and got this reply. I haven’t tried it yet as I have been at work all day. Hope it works ☺️

I had a reply from Shopmium who were very nice but didn't seem to completely grasp the problem (they kept telling me to uninstall the app and then try to rescan the cereal). However, I've worked out what to do anyway. You need this website:
app.shopmium.com/nestlecereals/
and then log in with your Shopmium details (or sign up) and it should work. You can't do it on the actual Shopmium app. My claim has already been accepted so it does seem to work once you get to the correct website. Good luck everyone

MR MUSCLE: Payment for Mr Muscle came through today. It was from a company called METRISK. Sat for ages trying to work out who or what they were.
NATBEARS: I followed your tips above and have had the payment come through today. If anyone is wanting to take part in this promo, don't go to the official website because it says all 750 claims have been made. I just googled "Natbear Shopmium" which came up with the form to fill in etc. Based on how time consuming and annoying the claim was and the nasty response I got from Nestle, I don't think I will be buying any of their products again! Mondelez and Mars here I come!!!
Thanks again.2 -

Hi. I sent mine to WhatsApp. I clicked the bottom link and it shows a map of Europe with a 1714 in a circle on the UK. Click on the 1714 and it will take you to a bigger map of the uk. If you keep selecting your geographic area it will take you to individual towns and cities. Hope this makes senseflyer said:

@WilliamsMom - did you follow through with a claim yet? I'm a bit concerned because although the expiry date is 30th June 2021, there's only 3000 first come first served refunds available and most other freebie sites (e.g.hotukdeals) say this has expired. T&Cs say you can scan the qr code on promo packs to find out but I've only found non promo packs in store so far and not keen to risk it. I wouldn't normally spend £5 on 100g coffee.WilliamsMom said:
