I did it last Saturday and received the money back on Tuesday - superfast.
No problem with the link for me, it arrived immediately.

How strange. How long did it take for you to get the verification email?

Has anyone had trouble getting money back?  Mine was accepted well over 30 days ago, have emailed a chase up, but no reply & no refund!

@tinateaspoon Just checked and mine was paid within a week of acceptance. Like the earlier poster they accepted my positive comments (it worked well!) for the MBG.

@flyer It was instant (or at least within 5 mins) and I have just tested another email address and received the email quickly. However you don't need the email for the link, just scroll down to the bottom of the page when it says they are sending a link, and there is a button to upload the receipt and start a claim.

@johnny_c-l whereabouts is the link to upload? It keeps saying to click the link in the email to upload a receipt and I've scourered the page. Like @flyer I haven't received the email either

@keeleycoop At the bottom of the page,  below the map, it says "Already bought NAT bears?" and the button below allows you to upload the receipt.

Unfortunately @johnny_c-l that isn't what my page looks like, the upload my receipt button isn't there and it still asks for me to check my email for the link Will try and contact them
