Anyone else had refusal on Lotus when bought from Tesco as it appears on receipt as "biscuits" so they say you've not bought the product!:mad:???

Oh no! I've had two successful refunds on Tesco purchases so far. I guess the rest will be refused.

It's sorted hopefully - receipt was long so had to send 2 photos but one didn't attach so have resent (the bit with "biscuits" on) - their email said you've not brought the product so this must be reason

However, the separate ts and cs state that the offer is only available on the 825g and 2.6kg dog, whereas the ts and cs attached to the claim form state the offer is on the 825g dog food and the 2.6kg is excluded :mad:
