Chicago Pizza offer, now says it is closed for new applications, so no form available, although it still gives closing date as 12th May. Anyone know please if there was previously a 'buy by' date, or any indication of date by which application form had to be down loaded?

Is the site working for you yet? I managed to put my postcode in ok to get to the form in Chrome.

However, the separate ts and cs state that the offer is only available on the 825g and 2.6kg dog, whereas the ts and cs attached to the claim form state the offer is on the 825g dog food and the 2.6kg is excluded

If anyone is having issues with a L'Oreal MBG, e.g. Effaclar or Maybelline now or in the future, I've had success with L'Oreal's customer services:
    customercare@service.lorealparis.co.uk
    and the L'Oreal UK CEO:

1001 Troubleshooter Ultra is on try-me-free with a neck collar needed.

Refund is for £2.50 and I didn't think to look for if postage was refunded and I have already sent it off so too late to look:)
