    Chicago Pizza offer, now says it is closed for new applications, so no form available, although it still gives closing date as 12th May. Anyone know please if there was previously a 'buy by' date, or any indication of date by which application form had to be down loaded?

    However, the separate ts and cs state that the offer is only available on the 825g and 2.6kg dog, whereas the ts and cs attached to the claim form state the offer is on the 825g dog food and the 2.6kg is excluded :mad:
