like listerine they send you a questionaire, I cant remember if it asks you for your dentist but I know i didnt put mine down. They took the toothbrush to the lab to be tested apparently as id said the sonic part of the brush had made my teeth quite sensitive/sore afterwards:j:j:j0 -

How long did your refund take please? Assuming it has come by now? Yippee, mine came today too, they must be doing them in batches! Was particularly concerned because my claim was for £5, as I had 4 on same receipt.
