This Birds Eye trouble is worrying. It's not cheap either (and wasn't nice). Hope you get it sorted. No doubt I'll be on here shortly complaining of the same thing!0

Has anyone chased up the missing Dr Oetker claims from 16 Feb yet?
Haven't chased it. Don't know how to! Have sent another application in though seeing as you did get your third claim refunded but not your first and second. The first one was full price though so am keen to get it back. I will chase it if you know how to go about it!0 -

That's a brilliant idea, thank you!0 -
I'd like to thank once again the ones who take time posting and informing us.
Oh Birdseye! They've done it again. It is really annoying.
Regarding Dr Oetker sent my claim yesterday and I'll see how it goes.0 -

With Dr Oetker going wrong as well as Birds Eye, I think there must be bad times in Hemel Hempstead which is a shame because they always used to be so reliable and I used to be pleased when I saw that address on a claim.0 -
it could be that reason but they are complettly different products and different promotions.i think im going to send my claim back to them and ask if that's the reason why and tell them they are 2 different promotions and should be treated as such .I will let you know what happens.0

Freebie_Freak wrote: »Sorry to labour the point, but they were completely different products last year too, as I said, one was fish, another chicken and the 3rd was on vegetables. I quoted chapter and verse to them but never got anywhere in the end, they just kept saying that I could only make one claim!
ive put a post on birdseye facebook page about it and they have messaged me wanting my details so they can call me back but when I called them they where not interested last week0 -
We've got to keep on top of our Santa Maria claims because of this little gem on the claim form:
If you have not received your cheque within 28 days,
participants are invited to contact the Promoter, using
the contact details below, no later than 35 days after the
claim submission. Regrettably claims pursued after this
time will not be accepted.0 -
I've just received my refund for my second Dr Oetker Ristorante claim, but still haven't received my refund for my first claim in February!
No address or contact details on the letter to chase.0 -
Freebie_Freak wrote: »I think you have hit the nail on the head. I did query this possibility many posts ago when the various (3 I believe, with the fish fingers too) Bird's Eye TMFs were posted. I have not found the fish fingers so cannot quote those but the dusted fish and the 'stir your senses' each have to be sent to the identical postal address and have the same expiry date. Bird's Eye did the same thing last year, had a TMF running on 3 different products (chicken, fish, and vegetables) simultaneously, all applications going to an identical claim address. Some people received all 3 no trouble, others had to 'remind' them that they hadn't received their refunds. I was one of the unlucky ones who, despite several communications, did not receive a second, let alone 3rd refund at any of my different address. Needless to say, I am only doing one at each address this time, once bitten, twice shy!
Would be interested to hear if anyone has already received refunds on more than one of the current batch.
I have had a refund on both the pasta and the fish ( not seen the fish fingers anywhere )0
