no there was no cross in any of the boxes I told them that but they could not help me.i thwhen I phoned themought that one of the boxes should have had a cross in to tell me why they had rejected it.
I got a cross in the 'one application per household' box and they also wrote 'duplicate' on my letter which they sent back to me. I know they're mistaken and it's not a duplicate because I'm organised like that.
You obviously enclosed your till receipt and promotional packaging and also beat the closing date so by a process of elimination they might be mistaken in thinking yours is a duplicate too.
You could do what I'm going to do and resubmit the claim using another address.0 -
What date did your letter come out? Mine was 30 March. I'd be interested to know if your letter is dated the same in case someone was having a bad day that day!0

yes mine was dated 30th march 2015 as well0

It's a young woman's writing so I guess she had the hump or a hangover! I mean we've both done enough of these to know that we haven't made any stupid mistakes.0

Do you think they are counting the fish and the stir your senses as one claim per household?0
-
I think you have hit the nail on the head. I did query this possibility many posts ago when the various (3 I believe, with the fish fingers too) Bird's Eye TMFs were posted. I have not found the fish fingers so cannot quote those but the dusted fish and the 'stir your senses' each have to be sent to the identical postal address and have the same expiry date. Bird's Eye did the same thing last year, had a TMF running on 3 different products (chicken, fish, and vegetables) simultaneously, all applications going to an identical claim address. Some people received all 3 no trouble, others had to 'remind' them that they hadn't received their refunds. I was one of the unlucky ones who, despite several communications, did not receive a second, let alone 3rd refund at any of my different address. Needless to say, I am only doing one at each address this time, once bitten, twice shy!Savings1234 wrote: »Do you think they are counting the fish and the stir your senses as one claim per household?
Would be interested to hear if anyone has already received refunds on more than one of the current batch.0 -
it could be that reason but they are complettly different products and different promotions.i think im going to send my claim back to them and ask if that's the reason why and tell them they are 2 different promotions and should be treated as such .I will let you know what happens.0

That's not the reason - we've had both claims back at all addresses.0 -
Has anyone chased up the missing Dr Oetker claims from 16 Feb yet?0
