Have you had an email back from them yet like you're supposed to get a week after registering? I still haven't dared to buy it until I get the all clear from you!

I've had the email after a week but it's not entirely clear how to get your money back, so going to give it another week for the next email and if it's still not clear I'll email them.
    Will keep you posted :money:

So I've lost the sticker off my Pantene bottle. Would you:

A - pinch a sticker off a promo bottle in the shop
B - send it without the sticker as the T&Cs say nothing about promo bottles/stickers

    T&Cs
All applications should include name, address, postcode, original dated till receipt showing your purchase of a Pantene Pro-V Smooth & Sleek shampoo or conditioner with new improved formula, and/or a Pantene Dry Oil, and the product in its original packaging.

Hmm... I've not had time to look into this promotion at all, so feel free to ignore my ramblings :)

Pantene is Procter & Gamble, who in previous TMF experience have been very reasonable and customer-friendly (unlike a lot of other companies), e.g. when they were doing Ariel pod things and people were sending applications to different addresses, they honoured them all, no problem. So I'm thinking you'd be ok even without a sticker (especially if the T&Cs don't mention it!).

On the other hand, I personally don't see a huge problem with, ahem, acquiring another sticker. The vast majority of consumers do not bother with TMFs/MBGs so they're not going to miss the sticker, plus I'm sure they fall off bottles all the time anyway.

    Just my personal opinion :o
  • Hi, When you go onto the Listerine website address as per instructions on MBG collar, it details what to do to take the challenge, and says 'Buy 2x500ml bottles'. This is different from what it says in the terms and conditions on page 1 of this thread, which allows you to buy any combination of size bottles adding up to 1litre, (as per previous offer.) I have bought the 250ml sizes! So, has anyone else also NOT bought 2 x 500ml, but received their refund ok?

:T Nice find - do you have a closing date, please? :)

I have checked. There is no closing date on the sticker on the pack.

I've just read the terms as well and is it right that you do have to send the actual product back as well?? (That would be high postage as it would be classed as a small packet??) Thanks

Is it just me or is this not a great offer?
You have to send the product back!!!
Is it really worth the effort?
Would love to hear your opinion.

They say that they'll refund the postage up to £3.70 which will cover it. And you're going to decant the contents into an empty bottle and send them back the bottle with a dribble in the bottom as it doesn't say how much of the product as to be returned to them. I think it's a worthwhile deal.

My house has the look of a laboratory about it at the moment with bottles of decanted Listerine and Pantene.
  • Tesco magazine has a form on page 106 for a MBG from 1001 carpet cleaner. Online version can be found here: http://viewer.zmags.com/publication/e186bf2e#/e186bf2e/106

I found the dry oil in Tesco but it's not in MBG packaging, and from my interpretation of the t&cs I don't think the dry oil is in MBG packaging.
