How do I claim a pending Paypal payment?

I have searched old threads but can't find what I'm looking for, can anyone tell me how to do this?
My buyer has already paid, it says "pending through Paypal" so I emailed them saying once the payment has cleared the item will be sent out, they then replied saying it shows on their ebay as "the seller has not claimed the payment", I have looked all over Paypal and also emailed them but no reply.
I know it's late but wondered if any of the wise ones (soolin, fay etc) were around to answer this, or anyone that knows how to do this?
Thanks guys

I assume you must have a personal PayPal account. If so, you need to upgrade your PayPal account type to premier or business in order to accept the payment.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Thanks for your quick reply but my account has been premier for months now, that's why I don't understand the problem.0

Check that the email address that you listed in your auction is registered to your PayPal account, make sure that the email address that you used in your eBay listing is spelt correctly, if it is incorrect ask the buyer to cancel the payment and resubmit it using the correct email address or if possible add the email address to your Paypal account."As if by magic... the shopkeeper appeared."0

Hi, Just thought that I would mention I have a personal paypal account. I received a payment to it, which I was able to accept, but I do not have a premier or business account!0 -

If you have a personal account I think you're allowed to receive 2 PayPal payments funded by a debit/credit card and then you have to upgrade.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--
