I want my money Paypal !!!!

Anyone able to help please ?
I recently sold a mobile phone on ebay and my buyer has paid via Paypal.I have an account with Paypal and have gone through the procedure for registering my bank account with them and have successfully bought and sold goods, with no problem.
I can see the positive balance in my Paypal account but when I try to withdraw it into my bank account, prior to sending my mobile to customer, I'm being asked to set up another bank account
I've gone through the "add an account" procedure, using the sort code and account details, getting the 4 digit number for security reasons, took the automated call on my mobile to prove my identity and when I press the final "continue" button, I get a message that "This bank account is already registered in your PayPal account"
AAARRRGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :mad:
I've emailed Paypal and tried ringing their customer service number (gave up after waiting for 15 mins) but getting nowhere fast.I've also emailed Ebay to see if they can push the issue.
Am I missing somethng here or what guys ??

best thing to do is call them. Be patient or try to call at a different time during the day.

They will actually talk you through the whole process and see what's wrong. I had a problem with adding an account a few years back and in the end called them and they were really helpful and everything was sorted

I rang them at 1900 hrs - hardly peak time and I'm not prepared to keep using my time and money to resolve the problem not of my making tbh.
Anyone know what the problem could be ?

Good luck, paypal have just about the worst customer service that I have encountered.
