Sky Sagem Router and Slingbox

Could someone please please help me,
I've been at this all day now and cant get the slingbox solo connected up to my new sky broadband for remote viewing. I'm not very technical and I know it requires some sort of port forwarding process, just dont know how to go about this?

Yes i have mate, its really compliacted to follow though.
Need something more simpler
