Are Valued Opinions having a laugh with their surveys?

Not for the first time in the last few months have I received an invitation from Valued Opinions to take on of their surveys and been kicked out as "we have reached our quota."
The thing I really want to vent about is that I have just had a survey which they say will take 20 minutes to complete. I have spent 15 minutes, answered a large number of very specific questions, which needed me to refer to data I had to get the correct answers, only to get kicked out yet again. Result, they have got answers to most of the questions they wanted and they don't have to pay me a penny in reward!
Anybody else finding the same thing and is it a calculated swindle?

I've only been a member for a month but I havce to say so far has been good. I;m up to about £7.25 at the moment and just got offered a radio survey that although will take about 2 hours can be done in smaller chunks and will net me £30.Everyone has a dark side... apparently mine is called Harold?!? :huh:0

I find that with some surveys, but if you haven't finished it, the answers aren't kept. Unfortunately sometimes the are already at quota but it definitely doesn't happen all the time. I do find it annoying that they let you start it when enough people are already doing it though.:j Tehya Baby DD 22/03/2012 :j

Toluna are probably the worst at saying the quota is full when you mid-way though.0

I've had that a few times with Valued Opinions but I still find it to be the best survey website out there. I've made £47 so far, not a huge amount but enough to treat myself to some expensive perfume or something.
