    Meant to add, the exercise/get fit thang going on must have made a mini-impression on me, as I have just returned from a late night dog walk (totally not the norm at this time of night). Just as well though as the pooch had 3 separate poos - poor wee thing she must normally be having to hold off until morning!!!

    I am aiming to do day 1 of my C25K app tomorrow morning also:A
