Quick update - I found a Shock Absorber on e-bay (poss the same seller as Philippa36 used, as it was new, but discoloured) for £5 + P&P.:j I bought a DD (I'm just under an E cup) and it had its first outing on Friday. WOW - what a difference! OK, so it's not flattering for the figure and doesn't look pretty
, but everything stayed put and no pain! So, I'd highly recommend them. HTH someone

I'm gonna check ebay too - in the interim Primark do a "Rock Solid!" sports bra. It only goes up to an F, but I've managed to squidge the bad boys in there for now!

Dug out this thread as I too am looking for a good sports bra for larger cups. I've been using Royce for a few years and they've been pretty good to be fair.
I just got a shock absorber for £14 from ebay. I'm a 34H at the moment- perhaps a little bit more. Will let you know how I get on with it.Opinion Panel £50 Lightspeed: £40 Pigsback: £303 Valued Opinions: £365 Media Transfer: £32 Juicy Brains- £30 American Consumer Opinion: £16 Freebie Networks: £220 Cashback Sites: £1503.87 Competitions: £200 Total Cash Value: £2759.87 Last updated: April 20230 -

I don't know about my boobs but these days I find myself having to hold my tummy down when running up and down stairs! And sometimes my bum!0

I take a 36G if that's any help? Insanity workouts are proving a little tough when I occasionally have to have a break cause my boobs hurt!

Bum! Didn't pick up on the fact that this was an older thread. I was gonna ask what the insanity workouts were like.0 -
They're fantastic but harsh as hell! I got bored on my second 60 day run through, but as I'm in the habit of exercising now I've kept it up

would you say that you need a certain level of fitness before you get started? I used to go the gym 5 days a week but i just don't have the time these days. Plus with the nights drawing in i can't face a slog ou t in the rain and wind. I think i just need to jump back in with both feet but i need a good kick start0 -
I went to the gym 3 days a week for about a month beforehand, I do cheerleading and dance once a week each and it was still quite hard when I started! You just have to remember to keep form rather than trying for more reps.
Maybe try Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred in preparation? I'm finding that a lot easier
