London 2012 compensation over problems

Hi,

I experienced quite a few problems with London 2012 organizers. I reported these issues to them in the past. They acknowledged their fault and responsibility.

Is it too late to ask for compensation? Does anyone know what their policy is? I had to invest a lot of additional time for phone calls and email messages.

Before you get compensation for the time (minutes? hours?) you invested how about a bit of compensation for the thousands of volunteers who gave up weeks, even months of their time?

We don't hear them whining about it.

Why do people have to try and claim for every little mistake that others make.

I bet you make plenty of mistakes yourself.
