Just joined twitter, how do I know if someone has replied to one of my tweets

    If you follow them you will see it in your normal Timeline.

    If not the you can check your Mentions to see who is talking about you... So martin lewis doesn't follow me, but if I want to ask a question or let him know I exist i will need to include @martinlewis in my 140 character tweet and he will be able to view it under his Mentions tab.

    Anyone know if it's possible to change your name on Twitter without losing your tweets (i.e. my Twitter name is Heinz121 because that's the first part of my email address but I want to change that to my name - with a number after it if necessary).
    Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.
