Grrr - they've just done it again! Organic strawberries on special offer reduced to £1.74 - was charged £2.49. Emailed them and got the standard guff about it being a guide price, so have now phoned and they have refunded the full cost. It seems emailing is definately a waste of time.0

they are still doing it. i ordered 16 value toothpastes for 2p each and was charged 17 p each, over £2 more in total. on the same order i ordered 2 value beef lasagnes at 21p each and was charged 76p each- £1.10 more than i should have paid!! then i also find that the sugar puffs which should have been £1.48 were charged double - £2.98!!!!!!! Nearly £5 more in total errors. told the online prices are guide prices!!!! well they are going back to the store for refunding!!!!!!:A Every moment is a gift. That's why we call it the present.!:A

Yes unfortunately the home delivery thing seems to be more about convenience than getting the best prices. we have had both good and bad experiences with it but to be honest it doesnt really suit those living on the bread linesquaaaaaaaaacccckkkkkk!!!! :money:0

and the cunning overpricing continues....
Continuing to go through my order I se that I was charged £1.09 for my golden gran' sugar instead of the invoiced 99p and was also charged £1.22 for my icing sugar instead of the invoiced £1.03!!!!!!

Or better still, order from Ocado/Waitrose. No problems with refund requests, not had a pricing error yet, and the deliveries turn up.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
