Help with recovering money taken from my bank account

Dont know if anyone can help me here ?
I purchased online 2 lots of slimming tablets as a trial they were advertising on facebook , i received the tablets but within a week i noticed in my bank account 2 amounts of £69.95 had been taken i have contacted my bank who said they cannot help i also have contacted the shipping people but i cannot get hold of the people who have taken the money from my account , this is such a worry right now as i am out of work and i do not have any money in my account . I would be grateful if someone can help with this .Thank you .

What exactly is the issue you have?
Are you sure the £69.95 isn't the purchase price for each lot of tablets you agreed to purchase?0 -

This sounds like a scam that was going on about a year ago but for face cream. People thought it was a freebie only have to pay P&P. MSE posted a warning

If this is similar could you post it on the vent board to alert others plus the folk that post on that board will be more used to dealing with this. If it is the same scam they will keep taking money each month.0 -
If it is an unauthorised debit you should tell your bank - who should then reverse it in accordance with FSA rule BCOBS 5.1.11R0
