I'm going to ring Sky when I get home and cancel my package. Freeview for the Tv and maybe talktalk for phone/broadband. Should save me £350 a year!
Loving the forum and this site so far

Hi everyone,
Thanks for starting us Stitchy, you're doing so well with your fast! Very inspiring. I might pick a week where I know I'll find it easier not to spend & try it, then work my way up from there
Ziggy - Glad you're on the mend finally! That sounds like a great plan.
NTBY - Your dinner sounds lush! & thank you, my trouble is I'll be good for a whle & then give in to a really bad craving & pretty much undo all my good work! Hopefully having some more people on the app will help, only had 2 before & 1 of those 2 never logs on anymore...lol.
DNMS - PM you username on MFP & I'll add you.
La e - Go for it, it's free & thus very MSE!
Today's plan is a very busy one:-- Food from stores
- Make use of free water at work
- Pop to Mr T's on my lunchbreak for some fresh bits, spent less than a tener
- Log calories using free app
- Charged phone at work
- Check online banking
- Must try & do a survey or 2
- DH not drinking all month
- Washing on eco setting as I didn't do this last night

- Hang out to dry
- Free exercise on pole
- Study
- Must declutter a bit & do some flylady - gotta do the bun's home tonight as well as lots of other things in dire need of a clean!
- DH doing overtime this evening
- Dinner from meal plan

Afternoon. Feeling a bit swamped by it all atm

Checked banks and we are doing well with the balances, expecting £200 more between now and end of September (£100 off a friend this weekend and £100 from premium bond cancellation)
Took photos of 19 things to list on Ebay tonight (aiming to list 25 things, so need to take more pics lol).
Listed my car on FB local selling pages on the off chance someone wants a £4500 car with finance on it (theyd pay the finance off directly). Autotrader wanted minmum of £36! Not holding out much hope TBH.
Called my car insurance up and sorted out my NCB. For some reason they'd added it to my husband and put him as main driver. Not sure how they managed it but they've added the year to mine and swapped main/names drivers over so as soon as my new schedule comes through i can pass it on to my new car insurers from October to clarify my NCB.
Rang new car insurance cashback hotline to register for my £75 cashback in 3 months.:T Should come just around Xmas which will be handy.
I may also, depending on how i feel later, give the heating a blast to check it works and bleed all the radiators ready for the cooler weather (holding off atm as its only chilly upon waking). Not dfw stuff but if its not working ill need to get it sorted before its really cold!
Using the mince up later that needs eating to make spag bol.
Also me and DD have the dentist later, hers is free being under 16 and im also free thanks to the maternity exemption certificate :T

Good idea - its getting cold here too and am trying really hard to keep the heating off until at least October.
Just a few DFW things today....- Took packed lunch to work - forgot a bit of it but did without and didn't cave in and buy something

- Checked banks
- Logged food and exercise on MFP
- Reading library book
- Have joined another meetup group that does local things and have suggested a dog walk and drink (cheap evening out)
- All food from stores
- Heating off so far this autumn
- Staying in and watching telly and having a bath tonight
