Creda shower failed after 2 weeks.Help needed.

Purchased Creda Expressions 8.5kw electric shower in March of this year.Shower only fitted about 6 weeks ago, straight forward swapping of units.Worked fine for the first 2 weeks ,then overheat light started to come on in high mode.
Now i have neon on light for power,no light in medium mode,neon light and overheat light on in high mode.
When in high mode and on heat setting 9 water flow is slower and water only luke warm.
Engineer been to repair it today and he changed the element but the shower is still the same.He,s going to ring me tommorrow.
Does anyone have any ideas/solution to resolve the problem.TIA

Update... Engineer rang me this morning as promised, he has spoken to the technicians and they are now saying that it is the relay(not in stock) that needs changing. What is a relay and what is its function. Many thanks0

there is a reason why most trades won't fit anything other than triton, mira or aqualisa, creda = cheap product = carp service, if the shower is less than 6 months old then they should be replacing the whole unit not just parts IMOI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
