I have just done an estimate on my husbands earnings, He may be working 16 hours for minimum wage which is about £85.00 per week, he would be entitled to the disabled element ,I get carers £48.00p/w and child benifit£29.00 p/w. It says we are entilted but it shows at the end result that we would have extra £39.45 (Assumes adult-only Income Support/JSA(IB). I have never noticed this before but surley it can't be right. He is working 16 hours so would not be entitled to income support. Could it be to do with his long term incapacity?
