PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. What has changed, what was inadequate about the previous advice? As stated it is accepted 'protocol' to add to your old threads. You posted three times in one hour and one minute, you aren't the only person on MSE wanting guidance and we aren't paid to give it! :rotfl:

I'm sure the protocol also recommends that users keep threads on the intended subject without deviation.

Basically if you have no advice I'd appreciate it if you don't contribute.

The threads weren't answered adequately in my previous requests for advice. Additionally there is a change in circumstance and lack of replies so this is why, after several posts and no adequate responses, I asked if I was posting in the correct forum.

Since you don't appear to have noticed how rude you are being, Firefox is one of the most respected posters on this board and you would do well to take note of her comments.

If you want adequate advice, I suggest you consult a Solicitor who at least is getting paid for their time and so will be more inclined to continue to advise you despite your attitude.

All of the bump posts have been reported as spam.

I'm not bothered. The forum dedicated to 'renting' has consistently been unable to answer any questions; thus I have been wasting my time posting and will not do so in future.

    Bye.
  • Read the 1st post and felt sympathetic. And was ready to offer advice.

Read on through the thread and was disgusted by

    a) the fact that the OP had already started 2 other threads on same subject
    b) OP had so little patience waiting for replies
    c) OP consistantly 'bumped' the thread
    d) OP reacted angrily to having the above pointed out

So shan't be offering the advice I could have offered.
