That's the funny thing too - she goes to dance club and is friendly with girls there, but again lacks that bit of confidence to invite them home!0 -

Well I am anyway, poor Dad he had his bladder operation booked for next Wednesday and he spent yesterday at the hospital with a nurse explaining how his operation will be done and about the bags he will have etc.
He then went today for tests and was booked in on Monday for more tests and then the District nurse was booked to give him an enemma etc on Tuesday.
The hospital have just rang about an hour or so ago to say that his operation is cancelled as they need to have a camera to look at his bowel first.
He previously had bowel cancer and had some of his bowel removed they now need some for this bladder operation so need to check how much he has?
Its just so upsetting, with cancer it needs to be done asap as his chemo didn't work and the cancer had grown.
Poor thing was all set for his op.
Sorry but I just need a moan. I may moan again, please put me on ignore if you like.
Budgie xxx
They wouldn't want to take any chances, so even if there is even the tiniest chance of something not being right, they'll want to get it right
It's very likely that they are bring over-cautious, but I would rather that any day over the alternative.
Chances are his bladder op won't be cancelled for long xx
Eta- the health service has targets for cancer patients which they have to hit otherwise they get a financial penalty.
Have a google for fast track targets. It's in the hospitals, and obviously the patients interests to get his surgery done ASAP. what part of my post was rude? I included smilies to show the humour involved in correcting what you'd posted. You clearly stated in your original reply to me that I was wrong and the glitch worked for you - except you didnt check the time of my post in relation to your own shopping results :rotfl::rotfl:hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -
I noticed
The tweaks we are making will have little or no impact on the vast majority of customers who are using the APG to compare the cost of their weekly shop
I wonder what them tweaks are.0
