EDIT worrywart beat me to it0 -
On the back of my long post earlier...I'd like to add something (stop yawning at the back :rotfl:)
there seems to be some confusion over the article stating people have returned things yet still used the apg....and people on here seem to think thats speculation and not true.....
hmmm....maybe some of you have very short memories, or just want to ignore the facts (as per posters admissions on here, which is where that part of the article has come from)....
posters on here have stated in no uncertain terms that they have returned items because either they've messed up their shop by getting incorrect items/quantities. Posters have quite openly admitted that they cant afford to take the hit and cant afford to pay the full price for the item(s) which havent glitched.
The posters of this info seem content that as its not glitched, then they should be able to still use their apg in full value. In fact, in most cases this is not true.
If your items compare, just not at your preferred glitched value, then the full amount for that item has effectively bumped up your comparison value by that amount...and you will gain 10% of that amount...... ie, if you bought JF shampoo at £5 expecting it to glitch at 10p, but you got the wrong one, and it compared at £5 at both stores as it wasnt part of an offer, then both A and the other store would have the comparison total bumped up by £5....thus you would recieve an extra 50p on your apg, even though it didnt glitch.
OK, so its not a huge amount....but this holier than thou attitude on here is so annoying...and pretending that things havent happened, or been said/reported/posted etc is just childish
Can't we just accept that we're all different, we all do things differently, and in terms of glitches and money saving, we all do what we feel comfortable with - which usually means that EVERYONE participating in the glitch has bent the rules.....whether it be a little or a lot, its still bending the rules
For those who disagree with the above and are soooo confident that you dont bend the rules on glitches, please feel free to polish your halo (could've got some glitched polish for that you know :rotfl:)...flluff up your wings and go sit on your cloud with the other fellow angelshoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

Looby123 has posted possibly the best post I've read on here in a long time. I saw post after post on here before I joined moaning that the number of glitches was basically at an all time low. Though I didn't know it at the time, me posting about the Muller glitch has caused a snowball effect which I would have thought would have made people very happy. I wasn't around for DTD so I don't personally know how this compares but I have overflowing cupboards now and I don't know what can top that really.
What has gotten to me has been:
- hypocrisy (sp)
- backstabbing
- moaning
- bullying tactics
I've seen one user criticised time and time again by the same people time and time again yet from what I've read (and I do skip a bit) they've done nothing personally to those that hurl the insults. This I find leaves a bad taste in my mouth. People moaned that there were no glitches and yet here we have one that should satisfy pretty much everyone on here and I feel like I did wrong posting. I know I didn't find them all by any means but it comes across that as long as the 'regulars' have filled their boots, they want their thread back and for people to stop posting about APGs. No offense is intended to anyone as I enjoy read these threads but this is an open forum and quite often as Looby123 says, glitches get posted here, the folk here fill their boots then finally it gets posted to Grabbit.
Everyone has their own line in the sand and though some have gone further than I have, I'm sure I've gone further than many on here, I just chose to keep what I've done private thus not attracting unwanted comments or attention. At the end of the day, no-one on here knows for sure who is telling the truth (bar a few who know eachother in real life) so I could claim to have only done 2 sub-£10 APGs or 20 £30 APGs and no-one would know which is true.
I think it's time for people to be grateful for what they have, ignore the trolls or those who leave a bad taste and get on with things. Keeping harping on about Henlans or the Grocer article isn't going to change anything, it just brings the thread down even further.
Right, I'm away back to sieving Don Simons to up the aul Vit C intake.

If this is a bad idea feel free to say. Thx
Well I suppose if any of our receipts get questioned we could always point out to the least likley item on the receipt and say its something to do with the price of meatballs/potatoes/suet in Waitrose or whatever - spread a little misinformation to confuse the powers that be :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Thanks again - We are going to start giving out her CV and I am really hoping that she will get a little job cos I hope this will be the making of her! She says she can't wait for college cos she is going to try and get away from them all!!
My son was a bit of a loner too! But in a different way and he was happy to be but in the last few years he has changed around completely and is now never in!!
Edit - tried to do a multiquote on this post but obviously that was a fail!!0 -
Well can I Budgie have a moan please?
Well I am anyway, poor Dad he had his bladder operation booked for next Wednesday and he spent yesterday at the hospital with a nurse explaining how his operation will be done and about the bags he will have etc.
He then went today for tests and was booked in on Monday for more tests and then the District nurse was booked to give him an enemma etc on Tuesday.
The hospital have just rang about an hour or so ago to say that his operation is cancelled as they need to have a camera to look at his bowel first.
He previously had bowel cancer and had some of his bowel removed they now need some for this bladder operation so need to check how much he has?
Its just so upsetting, with cancer it needs to be done asap as his chemo didn't work and the cancer had grown.
Poor thing was all set for his op.
Sorry but I just need a moan. I may moan again, please put me on ignore if you like.
Budgie xxxCherish the ones you love and travel back on the road that brings you home

Worried about my eldest not having many friends when she went to senior school. All changed over next few years. She joined cadets which really helped her confidence and she's had a great time with loads of new experiences and developed really strong group of friends at cadets and school.

We finished ours a few weeks ago, was glad to see the end tbh, not too keen on the bits here either. I'm just not looking forward to going back to own label stuff when we've finished all the glitchy Tropicana, love that stuff.
It's only a game

Its not in anyway glitch related just something to get off my chest - I have a 15 year old daughter who is struggling with her friendship group at moment. They often go out together without asking her! She gets upset, so I get upset. I've tried suggesting she tries to make other friends, but she does have esteem problems and doesn't think anyone would want to be her friend. Weird thing is the girl who calls herself her "best" friend has invited her to go on holiday with her family!! My daughter is a gentle soul and is the one they turn to when the others fall out with each other as she would not hurt any of their feelings. I guess they use her in a way.
Sorry if I've gone off topic but wanted to get it off my chest and this was the best place I could think of.The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0
