IS today an idiots outing or something. The idea of taking a product with into a store to scan it again with your shopping is SO WRONG.

The likes of 2 particular posters here just now will be getting the thread closed down, so please can you stop talking about it.

    Yes it is FRAUD

There is absolutely no need to either. Just select a different trigger. It might make your shopping a little dearer but it will still be ridiculously cheap

Last night, my store had no little rice pots so I got a bag of oats.
If they hadn't got the oats I would have got a cream cleaner, etc.

    Simples.

My response from SADA regarding my APG being refused:

    Hi BP

Thank you for taking the time to contact us about the Asda Price Guarantee.

I am sorry that your £11 price difference voucher was refused by the Trouty store. I can imagine how frustrating this must have been for you, especially when you had the receipt accompanying the voucher.

The number of claims is limited to 10 per calendar month per household and the total amount that can be claimed is limited to £100 per calendar month per household.

Therefore as long as you have your receipt, and you have not made more than the above claims, there is no reason for you to not to be able to use your voucher.

I have spoken to duty manager ***** in the Trouty store, who assured me that this will be looked into and steps will be taken to ensure this does not happen again.

Thanks again for contacting Asda, have a nice day. If I can help with anything else, please let me know.

    Kind Regards

thats what I'm going to do next...my sis lives close by.....I was just wondering if because I have inputted the details once already the system will still refuse the voucher??

Hi, sorry if you have already been told this but there is no way I can read all the pages.

When I originally entered my details for APGs I used Internet Explorer. When I got the message saying exceeded £100 whatever I did (delete cookies, reboot router.... I could not get it to print.

I then did what I think neosi and others said. I used Google Chrome and it worked. Every time I open up Google Chrome I press the Shift+Ctrl+N which brings up an incognito window and enter my details and it prints. If I have more than one APG to do in a day I will make sure I close the Google Chrome window and re-open it and press the Shift+Ctrl+N again. Occassionaly I still get the "you have exceeded the £100 limit" in Google Chrome. I just go into the spanner icon (top right hand corner) click on tools, clear browsing data and make sure I delete the cache and cookies. I then close and re-open Google Chrome, start again and it prints.

Sorry if this sounds complicated. It really isn't. Give it a go!

  • Does everyone let the sales assistants keep their reciepts? Was just wondering because some of them want them and others dont.
