You could phone asda head office and get customer services to phone your store about this. Could get a little gift card as compensation too for your trouble and embarassment.

  • Found some of the T Mag's for real living today in Lut*n Met*o store. There is loads in display as you leave store. The three I picked up all had the laundry coupons and the Kipling inserts. I hope this helps someone.

Sorry not sure who originally mentioned this mag and coupons so thanks OP.

Missed that one Swoods, can you explain a bit more please.

Shop A v T. A sell it 2 for £3 and T 4 for £5 so need to buy in multiples of 4. Asd@ do not recognise the multibuy so comparison looks like £8.64 v £5.00 (if you buy 4 bottles). Only works on this one though

Right, not been on for a few days, but been back and caught up as much as i can :o

i've come up with this shopping list and wondered if anyone would mind telling me if this will be ok please?

    ambrosia rice pudding original 120g
    Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Blueberry (6x37g)
    Kellogg's Nutri-Grain Strawberry (6x37g)
    Weetabix Cereal (72x18g)
Kellogg's Rice Krispies Squares Chewy Marshmallow
Jordans Country Crisp Strawberry Crunchy Clusters

    + 8 extra small items

    TIA xx

As long as you've checked they all compare then that will be fine :)

Although I would just get another 4 items instead of 8 to make it 10.

James, something very very VERY similar happened to me the other day. I havent posted all the details and dont want to. But they were convinced you had to wait 24 hrs. they didnt even take me to one side. just embaressed me infront of the whole store and refused to check it for themselves.

On the plus side i've now had an apology from Asda house and the staff at the store involved. The have had a staff meeting to 're-train' the staff and let them all know that is IS indeed every 3 hours and that their system glitching is not a customers problem. She said, regarless of what you bought or how much you spent and had a return on, if it is a genuine voucher it should be accepted.

It pays to complain if youve been treated badly. Were taking advantage of a glitch but we are NOT fraudsters and would never fake a voucher.

I was also told last night that you must wait 24hrs too. It doesn't say that on the website though.

If no one has can those with their heads around how this works tell me - if it doesn't glitch but I buy 3 of them should I still be ok buying the other toothpastes also? Sorry if stupid - but trying to work out a toothpaste shop and can't be buying steradent any more ?

If you want the thread to be closed then carry on because between you you're doing a good job going about it, I'll say it once more and then be quiet, It has been discussed before and any discussion about taking stuff into store is classed as fraud by MSE.

Just report any post that refers to it, Nikki!:D
