I always find my oven or grill pan smells the house out after cooking fish for a day or 2 afterwards. It's so worth it though!

so today at work I messed up 4 months of VAT returns and learned all about underground pipes and how much digging has to be done when there is a leak in the school .........no logic to how the mains pipes run !!!! Looks like giant moles have attacked!

Bet mr t doesnt have that problem....wonder how Mr T is these days???

Mutley muppet, thank you for the ideas, I might get one of those bands if this carries on. I had a herbal tablet and that seemed to ease it a little. I usually drink flat lemonade when feeling sick as I find that really helps, but I have none
I think it's probably the tablets or my mind, but either way I can cope with it if it helps me stop smoking!

Magic just be strong till the sickness passes as you can see the tablets are working they make you not want to smoke just think how proud you will be to stop and how much more money you will have to spend on glitchs obviously.
