    Mutley muppet, thank you for the ideas, I might get one of those bands if this carries on. I had a herbal tablet and that seemed to ease it a little. I usually drink flat lemonade when feeling sick as I find that really helps, but I have none :(
    I think it's probably the tablets or my mind, but either way I can cope with it if it helps me stop smoking! :)

  • Hi - thank you to everyone involved in posting lists, hints and tips on this thread, so very appreciated. I work full time and my nearest Asda is an over 40 mile round trip, so trying to work out if I am going to join in on this before it is too late... could anyone PM me if they use the Havant/Bedhampton store, do they accept the vouchers ok or am I best in keeping any vouchers to low amounts? Thank you in anticipation x
