Hi I did my online shop yesterday and it said allow 7 days, though some have had it through before this. If you go into my account when you are logged in you can go to my e vouchers and it should show in there.

It has the option to add an e voucher but scroll down below this and it does say vouchers already in your account.

I know how you feel I have my shop ready to check out, but I don't want to wait upto 7 days, I mean the glitch may be over. :eek:

Good afternoon, just done my results from my shop this afternoon and my coco pops bars didn't work, they compared at the correct price I bought cleaning stuff, ambrosia and 5 coco pop bars but my cleaning and ambrosia came back as expected but they didn't

Thanks budgie I have located the area I will keep checking and report back when the credit arrives. Think I'll just have to take the plunge and do another order. I only buy things we need so it wouldn't be a major prob if the credit didn't come.

I was just trying to avoid confusion, not add to it. If people use the wrong term it may put people off trying themselves/doing a sucessful shop. Although I agree from your shop H&S certainly seems to be one to avoid because it doesn't glitch

It wasn't my shop but jujubarnes got the correct no of items but the H&S isn't glitching in waitys...hth:D
