LLoydstsb PPI Claim - Early days

Afternoon All,

I have recently claimed for mis-sold PPI's on my credit card....after reading all the success stories i thought i might aswell try it. Anyway looking at my statments (over the last 5 years) it doesnt list any payment protection (PPI) but when i called the bank to check on their PPi hotline they said yes i have a valid case i have PPI on my credit card....

All i wanted to know is after reading some stories of the claim being rejected is what to say or put in the questionaire (Whcih i havent got yet) to increase my chances of gettnig a payout...

Hoping someone can help

there is nothing wrong with having PPI. So, just having PPI is not a valid case. You have to have an identified wrong doing. So, what wrong doing was given that said you had a case?

The truth is best. A significant number of payouts are automatically made when the person isnt entitled to anything as no wrong doing has been identified but they are just clearing out cases to get rid of backlog. If you start telling lies on the form and they can see you are telling lies then your complaint is more likely to fail.
