Yeah, I had intermittent problems too, with both, NatWest and Halifax. It logged into NatWest successfully this morning, but doesn't want to do it just now.0

Ever since i've been online banking with Natwest i've had trouble with the pages loading. Sometimes takes several minutes and other times i just have to give up and try again later.
My connection is fine and i have no problems with any other webpages. Have a few friends and family who say the same thing happens to them which leads me to believe it must be something at their end.0 -
It only seems to be since about a week ago I've had a continuous problem with NW. Usually similar problems are caused by some NW message you need to OK by pressing on the error message, once that is done it usually solves the problem but not this time.0

I sometimes find that if the page is slow to load, pressing the refresh button tends to speed it up. Only do this on the first page though ( customer number page), otherwise it resets the whole thing.0

Apologies in advance if my memory is not 100% accurate.
I seem to recall some message recently either on my Natwest or RBS account about the website login being "simplified" (I think it was something along the lines of a page no longer being shown so that it got to the main screen quicker).
If that is correct, it is probably what has thrown out the Egg Money login process and those sorts of issues for major bank websites are usually ironed out by the underlying firm after a number of days.0 -
I sent Egg a message yesterday and it seems to be fixed today. Probably a coincidence I didn't get a reply!0

Just received this message
Our Egg Money Manager Developers have put a fix into place for your Natwest account. The fix went into place on 17 September 2012.
You?ll need to delete your temporary Internet files to refresh the connection.
Failing this, if it's already in your list of accounts, you may need to remove and re-add the account.
Let me know if you experience any further issues after this date.
Regards
Beccy

Well it worked for a few days, now the error is back and opens a blank box if you press on it!0

Natwest was working ok for me just a couple of minutes ago.
I got intermittent issues with Halifax - - mostly it's not working, but sometimes it does. It's not been working for the last couple of days.0 -
Egg are moving over to Yorkshire BS now, so that should be fun!
Our website is currently unavailable as we are in the process of moving your savings and mortgage accounts to Yorkshire Building Society's systems. This will complete our transfer activity and from Monday morning Yorkshire Building Society will solely manage your accounts0
