Hi Everyone.What is the general feeling about NPower.I switched last summer (For the first time) and chose NPower for duel fuel.I have had nothing but problems ever since. My payments have been really eratic even though I pay by direct debit. First thay were set too low and I ended up with a £100 bill to settle along with the D/D payments. After a lot of phone calls from me argueing that the low payments seemed like an incentive to switch, NPower did eventually swallow the debt and then re-set my payments at a more sensible price.Then a while after, I received another letter telling me that I was again £73.00 in debt. They have taken this from my account and have put my D/D payments up again! Although the letter did say that the £60.00 discount I am due for taking duel fuel hasn't been taken into consideration!I am desperate to change but am waiting for Martin's Green Traffic Light.Has anyone else out there had probs with NPower?Regards Crazy Saver
