I just bought stuff from m&s outlet thanks to mse weekly newsletter. Have been badly stung as did not realise the returns policy was different to usual m& s stores or website. I am forced to keep the stuff or pay dearly to return it. This is from their email to me today:
"When ordering from M&S outlet online your contract and payment is through amazon, therefore it is amazon returns policy.
The returns policlearlyearley advised online under the terms and conditions, all unwanted items have to be returned by Royal Mail and is payable by the customer.
In this instance I am unable to refund the returns postage."
