Undischarged bankrupt, O2 contract upgrade

I am with O2 and was pre-bankruptcy. I have upgraded my phone twice now (been BR for just over 3 years). I just made sure I upgraded online as last time I did an upgrade in store (pre-BR) I am pretty sure they did a credit check.0

Not with O2 but when I upgraded with TMobile , I asked if they would credit check me. The operator informed me that they only credit check if you want to open a new account but not when you upgrade an account,
Hopefully that is how O2 operate.0 -
Seems most people have the same train of thought as me Watcher; that you should be OK

when i went BR i forgot to tell O2, i upgraded and it was fine, no payments ever missed etc0

Cheers for all the reply s guys, But after all that I decided against it.
Given the current climate etc, I didnt want to be tied into a 24 month contract, so have kept my 4S and will go onto a simplicity tariff instead :T0
