Ordered a few PC games online from argos for my sons birthday , i could have easily have gone to game or another shop in town but the pc games in argos said free deliverly and delivered within one day . The games turn up 2 weeks later , i rang argos when i hadnt received the goods after a week and they inform me that its down to royal mail when they deliver . Well if i knew it was going to take 2 weeks to deliver instead of 1 day as stated when i ordered i wouldnt have ordered from Argos knowing my son had his birthday coming up . Ok ive got the games now 2 weeks late and my son had to wait 2 weeks for his birthday present . As yet ive had no email from argos apploigising or anything .

Argos are in the wrong whatever.
If they are using an RM service that can take up to two weeks they have no business stating that they will deliver in one day. (Assuming they actually said 'deliver' and not 'dispatch'.)There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
2 weeks for delivery is pathetic, even if it was dispatch (rather than delivery) in one day.
