Sadly the nearest SureStart is about 6 miles from here (and would mean walking right by a busy road/over a roundabout..not fun)
I am going to take him swimming while I am off next week, and see what else we can find to do for pennies

I feel your despair- I have a 2yr old and live in a village- sadly don't have a lot of young mums to catch up with so me and little man spend a lot of time just together, we only have 2 days a week where we see human life!! Lol
on a Monday we go out and on a Friday we do wriggle and rhyme and that's it
However so far we have done some baking, I've got some playdough but my LO get's cabin fever by the afternoon so we do go out in the garden for a bit.
If you come up with any ideas let me know as I'm getting desperate!! Lol :rotfl:0
