Building+contents with holiday ins.inc.???

My current buildings+contents policy is up for renewell and am looking for advice on where to get a better deal.I have the policy with my mortgage lender (Woolwich) and it includes annual holiday insurance. At present I pay £35.50 per month for this.I looked at the current Tesco offer of a policy which includes free holiday cover. After examining it further it states the holiday cover is for one year only and the buildings/contents quote includes a 30% discount for new customers. This means after the first year the premiums will take a large jump in price.I Has anyone any advice on where to go for a buildings/contents/holiday insurance policy that will beat the one I already have at £35.50 per month.I am not looking to change my insurance every year so just a straightforward quote without gimmicks and special offers will be fine.

Thanks
