I need some info need a new bathroom suite, well i was looking at one today that somone purchased but did not end up using its still got it wrapping on it,it includes a corner bath, sink and toilet, its cheap i think on what i have seen in diy stores etc.
And they told me the price they paid for it new, which i do beleive as they re not cheap these days, well i have two issues on buying it,its not come with taps and just has holes where the water would go,are these purchased on there own when buying a bathroom suite, also when i was heading off with some sizes as need to see if fits i was thinking there was no front panel the part that covers the bath so you dont see the underside of it,does them baths not come with them or are they purchaed on there own, this worrys me that if i did get this i cant get a panel or taps to fit,can panels and taps be purchased ok,i would like advise on this asap as will need to get back to them and offer them less as i have good grounds knowing there is no tapsetc and panel.

You'll need to know which way round the bath fits in your bathroom - corner baths are left or right handed, so do confirm this, else you MIGHT not have enough space for the waste pipe to run the water away, easily.
Also you'll need to know a side panel is still available, so best check which store sold it originally & that one can be ordered, else you might be stuck!Without the actual one for your bath, you'll maybe find the curve is a different angle to other makes & won't fit,
Plenty of cheapish tap options around, but again, make sure they are of a style/size to go with your sink/bath. They need to overhang & let water into them, without splashing on the edges & onto the floor. Again, the original supplier will have some for it.
So hope that helps & do double check the price, compared to new - just in case it's not such a bargain!!

Baths normally have standard size taps, you can fit these your self with a little diy skill and a few tools- Tap Fitting
The panel is a bit more difficult as they come in different sizes, so you best enquire where you bought the bath from, or if really stuck you can make one!0 -
well i have two issues on buying it,its not come with taps and just has holes where the water would go,are these purchased on there own when buying a bathroom suite
Normally, yes - you have to purchase the taps & waste (the bit that fills the hole where the plug goes) separately.also when i was heading off with some sizes as need to see if fits i was thinking there was no front panel the part that covers the bath so you dont see the underside of it,does them baths not come with them or are they purchaed on there own
Again, yes - it's normal to buy the panel separately.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

If it is a real bargain and you can't get a bath panel to fit, you can make one (or get your fitter to do it
) out of something like tongue and groove panelling which you can then paint white. Probably cheaper than an actual bath panel! Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Well they was asking for £400 for it and said it was over £700 which i do beleive as some of these things these days dont come cheap, but i think i could get them down to £300 or £350,but cause there is no front panel its put me off it,no panel said it was damaged and thrown away and also not taps which if i got both would cost me extra on top.
Maybe my best option is to buy one new, dont want to be left with something that i can get bits for, what you think?Treat everyday as your last one on earth! and one day you will be right.0
