I got 2x jumpers and a belt for my son & a dress for myself.

Mens underwear & socks gone, PJ's, socks & jeans for boys gone

None of the jeans, pyjamas etc. I wanted are left. Do they send the invites out alphabetically? Just wondering because I never get my email until it's too late to book for the first day's slots. Should I change my name to something starting with A?

Thanks a good point, Id switch the a/c into my hubby's name if that was the case!!

They can't send them out in alphabetical order as my surname starts with B and I got my invite very late (although I was checking as soon as they were released).

I bought school trousers. My youngest wear plus size anyway, so I've bought enough to last a couple of years. Other than that, and a bra for me that probably won't fit I couldn't find anything. I wish I hadn't looked at the preview!

I just got an email now inviting me to book a slot - there were options for a 7am slot this morning, so why wait until now to let me know about it??! ridiculous! going by what's been posted in here there isn't any point in me booking a later slot for today if the sale is rubbish.

My email just came now... had a look but nothing in the sizes I wanted... Just bought a bed set in the end.

Thanks Saffron, but their criteria doesn't make sense as I haven't ordered from the Directory in the last year but I still got a VIP slot.

I don't meet the criteria for VIP either but I still get one.

As for the stock issues - I went through preview and put a big list of Quickshop numbers and when I logged into my slot about half of the quickshop numbers weren't valid so dunno what happened there?
