Bought tickets - now worried

Not sure if I'm overreacting or not.

Bought tickets for next year's One Direction concert in London. Tickets not available yet but seller said she'd email me the ticket confirmation through last week (just to prove she had bought them) and so far nothing. I've sent a couple of ebay messages reminding her but no response at all.

Tickets were quite pricey and I'm not sure what to do - do I keep chasing, do I escalate, do I wait and see......

Anybody been in the same situation can give any advice, would be appreciated. Thanks

I think I'd be wary of a seller who has already shown themselves to be unreliable by not fulfilling their part of the agreement by emailing you the details.
