CCJ Set Aside after being Satisfied

Hope someone on here can help, In June 2005 I received a CCJ from Intrum Justitia for £5444. I had this set aside by the judge as I did not receive the claim form and disputed the amount, (I had been paying another DCA and owed around £4000).
The DCA I had been paying stopped collecting and said I must now pay Intrum Justitia, I phoned Intrum and said I do not agree with amount they say I owe but am willing to pay, they advised me to wait until they check with the original creditors before starting a payment plan with them. I heard nothing and in June 2006 I received a letter from the court saying I had received a CCJ for £5444 from Intrum Justitia. I again had not received the claim form and went to court to get it set aside, the judge said he needed more information and set a date to come back in NOV 06. Before Nov 2006 I phoned Intrum and asked what amount they think I owe they said arounf £4000 this I agreed with and thought well I'll pay it all off which I did with my Debit Card. I did no bother to go court on Nov 2006 as the debt had been paid, I paid the fee to have the CCJ marked as satisfied.
However in Jan 2007 I received a letter from the court saying the judgement had been set aside. Looking at my credit report this CCJ still shows as satisfied and has not dissappeared.
As the judgement has been set aside how can I get this off my credit report?

AFAIK it stays on your report, even when satisfied, for 6 years from original date ?0

Yes, that's what I understood, my mum had a CCJ in 2001 and it's only just disappeared from her credit report now 6 years have passed, even though she satisfied it a few months after it was made.Yesterday is today's memories, tomorrow is today's dreams0

Im sure you are correct that a CCJ that is paid is shown as satisfied and stays on the credit reports for 6 years from the date of judgement, however I have a letter from the court saying the CCJ has been SET ASIDE, this should mean it should be removed from my credit report, but it still appears on my credit report.0

If the order has been set aside then you should obtain a certificate of cancellation from the court and forward this to both the registry trust https://www.registry-trust.org.uk , and the CRA's.
it should then be removed from your file within 28 days:rolleyes: It’s hard enough remembering my opinions - without remembering my reasons for them :rolleyes:0 -
Thank you file_wizard. I did the above and the CCJ was removed.0
