Unauthorised credit card payment

Hi,
I saw something on the website about 6 months ago about the law and unauthorised credit card payments.

Does anyone know where i can find it? (ive been looking for an hour!)

    PSD does not apply to credit cards.

    If you have a payment you don't recognise. Then talk to the card provider.
    If it is a CPA, then advise them you no longer want to pay it. If it them debits again. You contact them and they action a chargeback.
    Of course it helps if you contact the company involved to ensure they are aware to stop debiting.

    Perhaps if you gave some details on the retailer etc. You would get some better advise.
