Paquet flooring

just seen this stuff and wondered if anyone had any thoughts on it?

If done right we wondered if it will look good? looking to get hall and lounge done in a house we want to sell on.

Do you think the cheapness will make people thinnk or is it the usual why pay more for something when there is a perfectly good alternative at 4 times less cost?

This stuff needs to be very well laid on a perfectly smooth floor or it will look cheap and nasty. Laminate is far easier for DIY and more forgiving to a less than perfect sub-floor.
