Red Spotted Hanky Question
Hi - hope someone can help.
I have just purchased a rail ticket from red spotted hanky, and used the credits in my account - I have not paid any extra on my credit card. It says you need the booking ref and credit card to pick up the tickets - since no credit card has been used, will there be a problem at pick up? It is for my daughter, so dont want any problems at pick up. Thanks for your help

I've always needed a credit card when picking the tickets up - either from a self service machine or from the ticket booth at the station.
Any credit card works - I've used mine when my boyfriend got the tickets on his account.0 -
Thanks so much for your reply. I just wanted to make sure there was not going to be a problem, as not used any credit card with the booking. Never used them before, so was unsure how it all worked. Thanks again.:o0

Yup, I used my free credit on a ticket, and you just need any debit or credit card to activate the machine so you can input your code - I must admit I was surprised just how quick & easy it was.
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.0 -
Just to confirm what others have said...
From their website...How do I collect my ticket from the train station, if I have paid for my tickets with e-vouchers?
If you have paid for your tickets entirely using e-vouchers you can collect your tickets from the self service ticket machine at the train station using any debit/credit card together with your order confirmation number for your tickets.0 -
Thanks upsidedownbear and kitschkitty and wealdroam - I'm now reassured that it will be ok. Will go in early to pick up my ticket though, just to be on the safe side
