This must be the worst service I have ever come across, and I should know cos' I'm in the Retail Trade.

Bought a bed and headboard, bed delivered several days later, but headboard was out of stock. Promised delivery in 2/3 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago.

They don't return calls, if your'e lucky you might speak to a human as they have this annoying habit of using an answer machine.

3 salespeople have promised to look in to the matter and ring back, They don't!!!!!!!!!!

Been in to the store (twice) no apology and still no headboard.

Buisness's like these do not live up to their advertising hype and should be avoided at all costs.
